Plenty of lingerie sold as sheer arrives with a nude liner sitting behind the lace, quietly doing the opposite of what the word promised. There is no liner here. The scalloped floral panel across the front is the only layer the garment has, which is either exactly what you came for or the precise reason to buy the cotton pair instead.
Two thin bands leave each hip and converge on a single small metal heart ring at the centre front: four straps, one point, and that ring is the only rigid thing anywhere on the piece. The lace is a 90% polyamide floral with a little give rather than real stretch, so sizing matters more here than it would on a knit. The rise is low and the back is a G-string. Wash it alone, by hand, in cold water, with whatever mild detergent you would trust on a silk shirt, then dry it flat. Bleach, dryers and irons are all out. The detail
Everything at the front is held by one open heart ring at the centre, where two thin straps from each hip finish. It is also the only hard edge anywhere on the piece.
